The children are booked in & then a track of their movements is recorded on a large magnetic board with all their names on.
This means that if either a parent came to collect their child early or if a friend wanted to know where someone was then they could easily be traced.
Drinks are always freely available and there is also a tuck shop for the children to buy some sweets from during the day.
At lunch times there are hot dogs for sale for those children who have not brought a packed lunch.

In the summer week we always have T-Shirt Printing with a different theme every year.
The children make their own designs and these are then printed onto shirts with Soham Playscheme along the border.

Sometimes if the weather is favourable, we hold a BBQ which as can be seen from the photograph is popular!

Soham Holiday Playscheme is run by volunteers so that children from 5 to 11 years old
can spend some time having fun in a safe enviroment.
Playscheme is usually open from 10am - 230pm:

• One day in the Easter Holidays
• A Week in the Summer Holidays
• One Day in October Half Term Holiday

Activities are very wide ranging and accomodating for all children who attend and there is always something for the children to keep them occupied.
With the help of The Ross Peers Sports Centre we always have enough space for everyone and for all activities which amongst many include:
Indoor & Outdoor Sports, Painting, Arts & Crafts, Archery & Trampolining.
